The Dashboard is your briefing: notebooks, Pomodoro minutes, streaks, calendar reminders, and badge progress snapshots. Use Start focus for a Pomodoro and Calendar to plan recurring study blocks or deadlines.

Tip: Guests can try Pomodoro and Music; uploads and Athena require a signed-in account.

Each notebook is a subject. Upload PDF or DOCX — Atheneum stores files in secure object storage keyed to your user id only. When processing completes, Athena can cite excerpts from your vault instead of random web guesses.

AI summaries condense uploads into prose you can quiz against. Limits depend on your plan. Notebook quotas follow plan entitlements — if you downgrade, notebooks over Free limits become read-only rather than deleted.

Athena chats on Cloudflare Workers using your notebooks and uploads as grounding context where available. Answers stay anchored to sources you uploaded when context is available.

What Athena cannot do: violate copyright by reproducing entire textbooks, bypass school honor codes, guarantee exam scores, or access data belonging to other users. Respect usage caps on Free; upgrade for higher Athena turns.

The Pomodoro timer remembers duration presets per browser session. Completed sessions persist for signed-in learners, award points, and feed streaks.

Calendar events optionally carry reminders. The Dashboard weekday rhythm chart visualizes Pomodoro minutes from recent weeks.

Spaced repetition resurfaces weaker topics from quizzes or flags in your vault. Cards you score poorly return sooner; mastery lengthens spacing. Availability follows your billing tier (Review may be unavailable on Free per current product limits).

Free bundles core notebooks, calendars, badges, Pomodoro, music, and limited AI usage. Pro expands vault headroom, summaries, quizzes, Review, PDF export where applicable, and Pro-tier badges. Pro+ adds Scholar flair and highest throughput tiers.
